No matter the season, there is always a place for visitors in the South.  Spring, summer and fall offers a front porch with rockers and swings for visitors to relax and visit.  Winter offers a cozy spot wrapped in a hand-made quilt in front of a fire.

Only strangers use the front door in the true South.  Friends always enter through the back door, often without waiting for their knock to be answered.

There still exists a place where gentlemen open the doors for ladies.  Biscuits and cakes are still made from scratch.  Families still attend church on Sunday.  Hot summer nights are still spent catching fire flies in the back yard.

This simple life of the South is the main focus of our photography.
